Focus Developments is a relatively new business that has been trading for approximately 5 years. All the tradesman working for the company are all time served skilled craftsmen that carry out the work to a very high degree of quality - every customer is left completely satisfied.

We have no sales premises, no non productive staff - so overheads are very low, meaning that all you pay for is the work carried out on your property and nothing else.

Focus Developments offers the complete service from planning to completion.

With Focus Developments being a small company we only take on one job at a time unlike larger companies having anything up to possibly six contracts running at once. So our time is completely devoted to your job, once we make a start we don't leave until the conversion is complete. The average three bed semi detached house would take approximately three weeks from start to finish.
